Processing Time All limited edition prints and apparel items are printed to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Original artworks require packaging and processing time. Please allow 5-7 business days for these items to ship.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Original artwork purchased directly through the website includes complimentary shipping within the United States. Custom commissions and oversized original works may require a separate shipping quote depending on the artwork’s size, destination, and delivery requirements. Shipping for limited edition prints is calculated separately and varies based on print size and shipping destination.

Delivery Times Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Melissa Santos Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
