Thank you for your purchase from Melissa Santos Art. I value your satisfaction and I want you to be super happy with your purchase. 

Print & Apparel Orders Due to the custom nature of all prints, artwork, and apparel, returns are not accepted at this time. Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail.

Original Artwork: Returns and refunds are not accepted on original artworks. Please reach out to me directly with any questions or to request any more photos/ information before investing in your new piece. 

Order Issues If there is a problem with your order, such as damage during shipping or an error in processing, please reach out to me immediately at mel@melissasantosart.com I am here to resolve any issues and will personally assist you to ensure your satisfaction.
