The Process

Inquiry
Share your wedding date, location, ceremony and reception times, and your vision for the portrait. If you already have a meaningful moment in mind, we’ll note that here. Questions are always welcome.

Booking
Once availability is confirmed, your date is reserved with a non-refundable 30% retainer. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding.

Consultation
About four weeks before the wedding, we’ll meet for a relaxed video consultation to finalize the timeline, artistic vision, and the moment to be captured, including décor details and any guests or pets (based on your selected tier).

Wedding Day
I arrive approximately four hours before the ceremony to begin the composition and background. Painting continues live throughout the ceremony and reception, allowing guests to view the artwork as it evolves.

The Big Reveal
Toward the end of the evening, the painting is unveiled at approximately 95% complete, offering a beautiful preview of your finished heirloom.

Studio Finish & Delivery
Final refinements, varnishing, and detailing are completed in my Rochester, NY studio. Your finished painting is delivered 2–3 weeks after the wedding, fully cured and ready to display.) Complimentary delivery for US residents. Pricing to be discussed for international weddings.
